Request Account Deletion – OuiRace

At OuiRace, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you would like to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to privacy@ouirace.com using the same email address linked to your OuiRace account.
2. Include the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
3. Optionally, tell us why you’re leaving (to help us improve), though this is not required.
4. You will receive confirmation once your account has been deleted.

What Data Will Be Deleted

• Your profile and account credentials
• Activity and race data
• Uploaded photos or media
• All personal data stored on our servers

What Data Will Be Retained

We will retain anonymized, aggregated statistics (e.g., average pace in a race) which cannot be linked to your identity.

Retention Period

Once your deletion request is confirmed, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days. During this time, your data will not be used.
